How do I get started on Nutrition Complete?
You should consult with your physician or qualified medical practitioner prior to
beginning (and throughout the course of) any new weight loss and/or exercise program.
This is also a great opportunity to find out where your health is at and can be
a great way of measuring your health as well as your weight loss.
Once you have the all clear simply go to Your Profile, enter your personal preferences
and your goals and you are ready to get started on planning your meals for your
first week.

Can I do the program if I am a vegetarian or require gluten free meals?
Yes. When you set up your personal profile, you can select from recipes that are:
vegetarian, gluten free, white meat only, no seafood and dairy free.
When should I start my Nutrition Complete program?
The first three days are critical to your success because you need to make sure
you are properly planned and ready to get started, so pick a start date that makes
sense for your schedule. You might want to look for a time when you don't anticipate
any family, work-related or other social-type events that involve food.
What should I do when on vacation?
We recommend planning ahead so you can continue your program while vacationing.
Taking protein bars and snacks with you makes it easier to 'snack right' while you
are away and most often you will be able to find restaurants or shops that fit in
fairly closely with the eating plan of Nutrition Complete.
Pre-planning can help you continue to lose weight while you travel. Members who
are able to plan and continue the program while traveling or ordering out get the
best results. Always remember your end goals - a healthier weight and a healthier
lifestyle. If you are unable to follow your current 6 meals a day plan, try to eat
at least 5 times a day - and enjoy your travel!

How long can I stay on the Nutrition Complete program?
Nutrition Complete is a lifestyle program and is designed as a way of life. So once you have lost your desired amount of weight you can simply transition into the Maintenance Plan.
